Hello from Korea!
After 1 year, I’m back in Korea again! If you are wondering where I’ve “disappeared” to, I’m now at the World Expo in Yeosu, Korea, working as a tour guide for the Singapore pavilion. I’ve been here for almost 2 weeks already, and I’ll be staying here for another 3 months until August.

The spiciest dish I’ve ever had in my life
was this meal I had in Korea

it comprises of korean rice cakes (ddeokbokki) and some other fried stuff like dumplings and fish cakes. Delicious, but the soup was soooo spicy it makes you want to tear up.

20110730 - Yesung’s Handel and Gretel
The shop is located at the building next to KBS, but you need to walk round a corner to see the shop.

My friend ordered chocolate cake and iced peach tea. Total 8000 won.

My meal: chicken terriyaki sandwich for 7,900won

stamp card and the buzzer which will light up when it is time to collect your food from the counter

Yesung’s parents: His mum was chatting with 2 girls outside the shop earlier and his father kept going in and out of the shop clearing rubbish

Went to Handel And Gretel today
but still didn’t get to see Yesung. Will write more about it later…
there’s a Baptol’s in Busan too
saw it on the way while walking to Haeundae Beach. I stared at it for a long time as I walked past it, then I remembered that Yesung already closed down his Baptol’s in Seoul…
